Requirements
  • This program is open to students entering their junior or senior year in a degree program in civil engineering at California State University Fullerton, California State University Long Beach, or the University of California at Irvine.
  • Applicants must have been members of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) for at least 1 year and submit a letter of recommendation from an ASCE faculty adviser.
  • Selection is based on that essay (20%), ASCE involvement (30%), grades (15%), civil engineering activities (15%), community involvement and volunteerism (10%), and leadership (10%).
