Requirements
  • This program is open to students who are sophomores, juniors, seniors, or full-time graduate students in a degree program in civil engineering with a focus on environmental and water resources at California State University Fullerton, California State University Long Beach, or the University of California at Irvine.
  • Applicants must be members of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) and submit a letter of recommendation from an ASCE faculty adviser.
  • Selection is based on that essay (60%), ASCE involvement (20%), and grades (20%).
