Requirements
  • This program is open to students entering their sophomore, junior, or senior year in a degree program in civil engineering with a geotechnical focus at California State University Fullerton, California State University Long Beach, or the University of California at Irvine.
  • Applicants must be members of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) and submit a letter of recommendation from an ASCE faculty adviser.
  • Selection is based on that essay, ASCE involvement, and the letter of recommendation.
