Requirements
  • This program is open to seniors graduating from high schools in Oregon who are at least half Chinese ethnicity.
  • Applicants must be planning to attend an accredited college or university in any state.
  • They must be U.S. citizens or permanent residents and have a GPA of 2.75 or higher.
  • They may also submit documentation of financial need if they wish that to be considered.
  • Selection is based on academic performance, community service, leadership activities, athletic achievement, cultural activities, and financial need.
