The Oregon School Employees Association Chapter #22 Scholarship is awarded to graduating seniors from Hidden Valley, Illinois Valley, and North Valley high schools in Oregon. Students whose parents are members of the Oregon School Employees Association (OSEA) local chapter and work for the Three Rivers School District are welcome to apply.
