Oregon School Employees Association Past Presidents' Scholarship provides financial assistance to relatives of members of the Oregon School Employees Association (OSEA) who plan to attend college in any state.

Requirements
  • This program is open to seniors graduating from high schools in Oregon who have a GPA of 3.0 or higher and plan to attend a college or university in any state.
  • At least 1 parent, grandparent, sibling, aunt, uncle, or legal guardian must be a member in good standing of OSEA. Along with their application, they must submit an essay (up to 300 words) on a topic that changes annually but relates to the role of the union in the applicant's family.
  • Financial need is not considered in the selection process.
