Oregon State Elks Association Vocational Scholarship provides financial assistance to residents of Oregon who are interested in enrolling in a vocational education program in any state.

Requirements

This program is open to residents of Oregon who are enrolled or planning to enroll full-time at a vocational/technical school or other 2-year educational institution in any state to work on a degree or certificate other than a bachelor's degree.

Applicants are not required to have a high school diploma or GED certificate.

Their application must be endorsed by an official of their local Elks Lodge.

Selection is based on grades, motivation and responsibility, skills and abilities, completeness and neatness of the application, and financial need.

U.S. citizenship is required.
