The Orpha O'Rourke Coenen Scholarship is awarded to undergraduate members of Pi Beta Phi attending a school in the U.S. or Canada. Students demonstrating service to Pi Beta Phi, campus, and community are encouraged to apply. Special consideration is given to an Indiana Delta member.
