The Orpha O'Rourke Coenen Scholarship is awarded to undergraduate student members of Pi Beta Phi attending a school in the U.S. or Canada. Students with a strong service record for Pi Phi, campus, and community are encouraged to apply. Special consideration is given to an Indiana Delta member.
