The Orthopaedic Institute of Ohio Medical Scholarship program is available to graduating seniors of a Blanchard Valley Conference school or Findlay High School in Ohio. Applicants should be planning to pursue a degree in the medical profession, including, but not limited to, physical and occupational therapy, athletic training, etc. Students who participated in extracurricular activities/clubs at their school and volunteered in church or community activities are encouraged to apply. Students who receive full scholarship support from other organizations are not eligible to apply.

Requirements
  • Minimum 3.0 GPA
  • Graduating senior from Findlay, Arcadia, Arlington, Cory Rawson, Liberty Benton, McComb, North Baltimore, PandoraGilboa, Riverdale, Van Buren, or Vanlue high schools in Ohio
  • Seeking a professional certification, associate, or bachelor's degree in the medical profession, including Physical and Occupation Therapy, Athletic Training, etc. as a fulltime student
  • U.S. citizen
  • Participate in extracurricular activities or clubs in school
  • Demonstrate community involvement through volunteerism and church activities
