Requirements
  • This program is open to residents of Oklahoma who are enrolled or planning to enroll full-time as undergraduate or graduate students at a college or university in the state.
  • Applicants must submit transcripts that include GPA and ACT/SAT scores.
  • They must also submit a 2page essay on 1) why they want to continue their education beyond high school; 2) their course of college study; 3) how they reached the decision for that course of study; 4) what they expect to gain from college, and 5) their personal goals and ambitions.
  • If they wish to have their needs considered, they must submit verification of their financial status.
