The OSAC–Laurence R. Foster Memorial Scholarship supports Oregon graduate students as they continue their postsecondary education. Students studying public health who plan to enroll at least part-time at a public university are encouraged to apply. Special consideration is given to students interested in epidemiology and those studying public health, health science, health care management, health education, behavioral science, and environmental health science.
