The OSC Scholarship Program supports dependent children of U.S. Armed Service veterans by providing need‑based assistance for higher education. High school seniors whose parent has a VA combat‑related disability rating of at least 70% or who are the child of a veteran who died during service, and who are seeking a professional certification, associate degree, or bachelor’s degree, are encouraged to apply.
