The Osher Reentry Scholarship is awarded to students returning to the University of South Florida to complete their first bachelor’s degree. Special consideration is given to newly enrolled students and returning Osher Reentry Scholars who meet the eligibility criteria, demonstrate academic promise, and show a strong commitment to earning their degree.

Demonstrate financial need Preference is given to newly matriculated students at the institution, as well as Osher Reentry Scholars who have reapplied and continue to meet all other criteria, demonstrate academic promise, and show a commitment to earning their degree.
