The Oshkosh Noon Optimist Club Scholarship offers two scholarships to graduating high school seniors from any high school in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. Students who are planning to attend the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh or a technical college in Wisconsin are encouraged to apply.
