The Pacific Northwest Gold Star Scholarship is available to students who lost a parent who served in the U.S. Armed Forces from 2001 to the present. Students who are residents of Clark, Cowlitz, or Skamania counties in Washington, or the deceased service member had been a resident of one of these counties. Students seeking a professional certification, associate, or bachelor's degree are eligible to apply. Special consideration is given to students with substantial financial requirements.
