Resident of the U.S.

Attending the University of Wyoming

College sophomore, junior, senior, or graduate student

Seeking a bachelor's or graduate degree fulltime

Studying in the Department of Geology and Geophysics OR in the School of Energy Resources majoring in energy resource management and development in either the concentration of professional land management OR energy and environmental systems

U.S. citizen

Demonstrate financial need
