  • This program is open to students of Native Hawaiian ancestry who are enrolled or admitted for enrollment at a college or university in any state.
  • Applicants must be interested in promoting the program namesake's vision of financial literacy, home ownership, and selfsufficiency for Native Hawaiians.
  • They must have a GPA of 2.5 or higher.
