The Palmeri Scholarship is available to students attending Northampton Community College. Students who have overcome personal obstacles are encouraged to apply. Special consideration is given to Palmeri employees first, then residents of Martins Creek, Lower Mt. Bethel Township, or the Bangor School District, all in Pennsylvania, who attend Northampton Community College and have completed at least 24 credits.
