The Pamela Scott Hyatt Music Scholarship program awards need-based scholarships to graduates of any public high school in Norfolk, Virginia who are attending a four-year college or university. Undergraduates pursuing a bachelor's degree in performing arts are welcome to apply, as are students pursuing a career as a music teacher.
