The Pamella S. and Douglas R. Moll Scholarship seeks students who reside in North Carolina, students who have completed at least 24 credit hours at Methodist University, Fayetteville State University, University of North Carolina, Pembroke, or St. Andrews University in North Carolina. Students studying for a degree in elementary education are welcome to apply. Special consideration is given to students who demonstrate financial need.

  • Attending Fayetteville State University, Methodist University, St. Andrews University, or the University of North Carolina Pembroke
  • College sophomore, junior, or senior who has completed at least 24 credit hours
  • Seeking a bachelor's degree fulltime
  • Studying elementary education
  • Participation in community service or leadership Preference is given to students who demonstrate financial need.
