The Part-Time Grant is available to Maryland residents who are seeking an undergraduate degree on a part-time basis. Students who are dually enrolled in a Maryland high school and an institution of higher education, or students attending a 2- or 4-year college or university in Maryland are eligible to apply. Recipients are chosen for their demonstration of financial need.
