The Patricia Kostol (Smith) Scholarship is available to graduating seniors from Grants Pass High School in Oregon. Students who demonstrate financial need are welcome to apply. Students attending Southern Oregon University or enrolled in the Project Youth + (formerly College Dreams) program receive special consideration.
