The Patrick L. Hiram – John S. Freitas Scholarship is awarded to students pursuing a career in probation or a police-related field. Full-time students who can demonstrate financial need are encouraged to apply. It is the policy of the Foundation to give preference to students of Hawaiian ancestry to the extent permitted by law.
