The Patrick Sean Murphy 9/11 Memorial Scholarship is offered to second and third-year students attending the University of Virginia. Students who demonstrate academic achievements, leadership skills, and citizenship are encouraged to apply. Special consideration is given to applicants who are relatives of victims of the 9/11 tragedy.
