Requirements
  • This program is open to enlisted veterans (E1-E5) who served after September 11, 2001, the spouses of those veterans, and the dependent children of those veterans.
  • Applicants must be enrolled or planning to enroll fulltime at a college, university, or vocational/trade school in any state.
  • They must be eligible to receive Post9/11 GI Bill benefits but be able to demonstrate that they still have a financial need because of a gap between the available benefits and the actual costs of tuition.
