The Patty Wickstrom Memorial Scholarship is open to students at Morgan Community College who are graduates of Weldon Valley High School in Colorado. If no WVHS graduates apply, then it is available to all residents of Morgan County, Colorado. Students seeking a professional certification or associate degree are eligible to apply. Special consideration is given to students who have demonstrated financial need and have graduated from high school within the last five years.
