The Paul & Elizabeth Young Memorial Music Scholarship is available to graduates of West Holmes High School in Millersburg in Ohio with a preference for residents of Holmes County. Students who are pursuing studies in music or have participated in four years of high school music are eligible to apply. Recipients are chosen for their demonstration of financial need.
