Paul B. Richards Memorial Scholarship provides financial assistance to residents of New York who are working on an undergraduate degree in a construction-related field at a school in any state.

Requirements

This program is open to residents of New York who are entering the first or second year in a 2- or 4-year institution of higher education in any state.

Applicants must be interested in preparing for a career in the construction industry and be working on a degree in construction technology/management or civil engineering.

They must be enrolled fulltime and have a GPA of 2.5 or higher.

U.S. citizenship or permanent resident status is required.

Selection is based on career, grades in high school and the first year of college, employment experience, and personal evaluations.
