The Paul L. Dawkins Sports Memorial Scholarship is available to graduating seniors from Saginaw High School, Arthur Hill High School, or Saginaw Arts & Sciences Academy in Michigan. Students who have earned a varsity letter in basketball or track during their senior year are eligible to apply. Recipients are chosen for their strong academic standing and demonstration of financial need.
