The Paul Ropp Memorial Scholarship is available to graduating seniors from Martinsburg High School in Martinsburg, West Virginia. Students who are planning to study for a degree in a scientific field at West Virginia University are welcome to apply. Special consideration is given to students who are unlikely to receive other scholarships or grants.
