Minimum 3.00 GPA

Resident of Charles City, Chesterfield, Colonial Heights, Dinwiddie, Fort Lee, Hopewell, Petersburg, Prince George, Surry, Sussex, or Varina, Virginia

Undergraduate or graduate student

Seeking a bachelor's or graduate degree full or parttime

Participation in community service or extracurricular activities

Demonstrate financial need Preference is given to students pursuing a degree in healthcare, mechanical engineering, or education.
