Requirements
  • This program is open to residents of Hawaii who are of Hawaiian or part-Hawaiian descent.
  • Applicants must be enrolled or planning to enroll full or parttime at a college or university in any state and work on an undergraduate or graduate degree in any field.
  • They must have minimum GPAs of 2.0 as an incoming freshman or firstyear undergraduate, 2.5 as a continuing undergraduate, or 3.0 as a graduate student.
