The Peggy Sloan Memorial Scholarship is open to women who have attended or graduated from Irma L. Rangel Young Women’s Leadership School in Dallas, Texas. Students who have received a Pete Schenkel Scholarship and are seeking a bachelor's degree from a college in Texas are encouraged to apply.
