The Pence Construction Diversity in Leadership Scholarship is available for underrepresented minority students of color or females who are residents of Oregon. Students seeking an associate or bachelor's degree in construction or civil engineering are eligible to apply. Special consideration is given to students who are residents of Multnomah County, Oregon, and attend the students at Oregon State University.
