Requirements
  • This program is open to residents of Pennsylvania who are enrolled or planning to enroll full-time at a college or university in the state; students at nonprofit institutions are only required to enroll half-time.
  • Applicants must major in fields related to agriculture; automotive technology and repair; heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC); or health care (e.g., dental assisting, medical technology, emergency medical technology, optometric assistance, or nursing).
  • They must be able to demonstrate financial need.
