The Pensacola Chapter MOAA Scholarship is open to the children, grandchildren, and spouses of active-duty, honorably discharged, reservists, or retired military service personnel in Florida and Alabama. Students who have completed at least one year of an undergraduate degree and been academically successful are eligible to apply.
