The P.E.O. Jean Fish Gibbons Scholarship supports graduates of high schools in Jackson, Klamath, or Josephine counties in Oregon who are college sophomores or above as they continue their postsecondary education. Female students who plan to enroll full time at a four-year public or nonprofit college or university are encouraged to apply.
