The People Helping People Community College Scholarship Program is available to students who are residents of North Carolina, attending one of 58 North Carolina Community Colleges. Students who have s demonstrated leadership, excellence of character, integrity, and community involvement are encouraged to apply. Special consideration is given to students whose parents/guardians or family members are public sector employees (state, local, or federal government, public health, public education) who live and work in North Carolina.
