The Permian Basin Scholarship for Petroleum and Mechanical Engineering is available to undergraduates attending the University of Texas at Austin – Cockrell School of Engineering. Students pursuing a degree in petroleum or mechanical engineering, who reside in one of the qualifying seventeen counties are encouraged to apply.
