  • Current or previous employee at Highgate Senior Living Center in Wenatchee, Washington for 3 or more months at the time of award as a caregiver, maintenance, kitchen, life enhancement staff, or other support staff OR
  • Current employee of a residential senior living facility in Chelan County OR
  • Resident of Chelan County, Washington pursuing an education in the field of healthcare, including CNA training, nursing, radiologic technology, etc.
  • Seeking certification, associate, or bachelor's degree Preference is given to employees at Highgate Senior Living Center in Wenatchee.
