The Ph.D. and Doctoral Candidate Scholarship of the Spencer Educational Foundation is open to doctoral students who have completed at least two semesters at universities in the U.S. or Canada. Students who are working on a degree, either as a pre-dissertation candidate or doctoral candidate, in risk management/insurance, are welcome to apply.
