The Philip A. Turner Scholarship recognizes graduating seniors at New London High School in Connecticut who are members of the Rotary Club of New London's Interact organization. Students who are seeking a bachelor's degree in business or a related field and participate in community service are welcome to apply. Secondary preference is given to Norwich Free Academy students.
