The Philip A. Turner Scholarship recognizes graduating seniors at New London High School in Connecticut who are members of the Rotary Club of New London's Interact organization and students of Norwich Free Academy in Norwich, Connecticut. Students seeking a bachelor's degree in business or a related field who participate in community service are welcome to apply. Special consideration is given to students from New London High School and students who are the first in their families to pursue higher education.
