The Philip J. Harris Memorial Scholarship is open to seniors attending Chamberlain, Hillsborough, Jefferson, King, and Middleton high schools in Florida. Students planning to attend Hillsborough Community College to pursue a degree are eligible to apply. Recipients are chosen for their demonstration of financial need.
