The Phillips Family Kaiao Scholarship program is available to Hawai'i residents who are graduates from a Hawaiian immersion or a Hawaiian medium education high school in Hawaii, with preference given to Kaua'i Island residents within Hawai'i. Students who demonstrate financial need are encouraged to apply.
