Phoenix Post SAME Scholarship provides financial assistance to residents of Arizona who are interested in working on an undergraduate degree in a field related to the built environment at a college in the state.

Requirements

This program is open to residents of Arizona who are either graduating high school seniors or college freshmen or sophomores enrolled or planning to enroll at an institution of higher learning in the state.

Applicants must be working on or planning to work on a degree in engineering or a similar field related to the built environment (e.g., construction, architecture, civil engineering, electrical/mechanical/structural engineering for facilities).

They must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher.

Selection is based on those essays, academic achievement, leadership ability, and community service.

U.S. citizenship is required.
