The PHS Commissioned Officers Foundation Family Member Scholarship provides financial assistance to spouses, children, and grandchildren of members of the Commissioned Officers Association of the United States Public Health Service (COA). Students who are interested in working on an undergraduate or graduate degree (including medical and veterinary degrees) in any of the Public Health Service (PHS) categories in the United States.
