The Phyllis Wheatley Literary Society Scholarship is available to graduating seniors at East Allegheny or West Mifflin high schools in Pennsylvania who are residents of Duquesne, PA, and have received the least amount of scholarship support. Students seeking a professional certification, associate, or bachelor's degree are eligible to apply. Special consideration is given to applicants who have been disproportionately affected by systemic barriers to educational achievement.
