The PINC (Poverty Is Not a Choice) Scholarship is available to a graduating high school or home-school senior, or graduate from a high school in Lancaster County, Nebraska. Students who are seeking a degree in the arts and demonstrate financial need are welcome to apply. Applicants from home-schools and previous PINC Scholarship recipients will receive special consideration..
