The PITB Frank Riordan Scholarship supports high school graduates who are dependents of PITB (Pacific Inland Tariff Bureau ) employees or PITB members as they continue their postsecondary education. Students who plan to enroll at least part time at a college, university, or trade school in the United States are encouraged to apply.
