The Pivotal Scholarship Program offers scholarships to youth who were a dependent of the court for at least one day after age 13 in Santa Clara or San Mateo counties, California. Living in or planning to attend a college or university in Santa Clara or San Mateo counties. Students with a high school diploma or GED are encouraged to apply.
